I'm am now booked for a Fitness competition on Jan 29th, a In-house Brazilian Jiu Jitsiu competition on Feb 20th, and NAGA grappling tournament on Feb 27th.
So, Last week training was decent. I need to make more time to roll now and be able to get some quality training in with so competitors. I hope to be able to do this soon! But for now some endurance circuit training will have to do.
This week solo circuit:
Warm up
Bench press
3x10x135 lbs
Jump Rope
10 minutes
1 minute 10lbs weight vest
I don't normally compete in the NAGA competition the come to Georgia but this year, because of about a 9 month lay off think it is a good idea. If I plan on going to the world championship in June, I'm going to have to give these next 2 or 3 smaller tournament more attention. They are a good place to refresh some skills that I may not have used in awhile.
