I don't normally compete in the NAGA competition the come to Georgia but this year, because of about a 9 month lay off think it is a good idea. If I plan on going to the world championship in June, I'm going to have to give these next 2 or 3 smaller tournament more attention. They are a good place to refresh some skills that I may not have used in awhile.

Today my training officially start. With my brother who has a solid wrestling background helping me I feel that I have more then enough time and the right tools at my disposal to to increase my endurance, strength, and explosiveness in order to come away with a win. This year is not for losing and 3rd and 2nd is no longer enough to satisfy my hungry!

This workout the objective was to improve cardio, and get some quality on the mat training time. we did this by adding the stair climber to the routine.
