Just saw this article about cramping and how to lessen their severity and even make them go away.... but the cure is not pretty: Pickle Juice!

This article talks about how athletes who drink pickle juice can eliminate cramping in about 85 seconds compared to just drinking water alone. I am not sure if the pickle juice is the key or just something super briny or salty. Might be worth seeing what happens if you drink a concentrated form of Gatorade or some other sports drink....

So a few friends and I competed in a fitness challenge that their gym put on. We all did well but did not come away with a win, but it was a lot of fun and I would defiantly do it again. Now I need to set my sights on some Brazilian Jiu Jitsiu tournaments and half marathon.

VPT form is a body composition, health questionnaire, and a liability wavier.
